I have recently been recalling some memories over the past year of paperwork, raising money  for the adoption, and preparing for Theodore’s adoption in general. 

One memory that came to mind was when Sophie Blake (3rd born) and I were brainstorming ways to earn money towards the $32,000 of adoption costs (current average for China adoption). 

Then it was like a light bulb went off. She said, “Mama, how much is the juicer worth?” I said,”Well, they are pretty expensive. Papa got it for us and I would guess $150.” 

I was thinking that she might be thinking we should sell fresh juice. 

But instead she said in her most serious tone, ” We could sell our juicer!”  

(Hence she’d never have to drink anymore carrot/beat juice again-😅)
