Theodore turned 6! The years are ticking away and his security continues to grow and grow. There have been a few hard seasons this past year that caused me to cry, pause, pray, cry some more, and dig deeper to keep proving day after day we are HERE TO STAY.
He seems more confident this fall and secure with himself. I am not sure that any love could be deeper that flows from our family into his heart.
Last night he found me in the kitchen and said, “Mama, I don’t want to grow up.” He hugged me one of those deep hugs that cradled me. Then he said, “I want to stay thIs way forever.”
